Near salt water, steel roller doors will rust and flake and need replacing. Our products are made from marine grade T606 aluminium which is preferable near the water.

Powder coated aluminium will resist corrosion if the aluminium is treated before painting. This is why we anodise our aluminium slats first because it is a great anti corrosion coating. Then the powder coating finish is applied over the clear anodised surface. The double layer of anodising PLUS powder coating provides a finish that is durable and attractive.
